Upper Age Limit for Junior Hindi Translator : 30 years on the closing date of receipt of applications. ( Upper age limit is relaxable for Government servants upto 40 years in accordance with the instructions or orders issued by the Central Government ).

EQ : Master’s Degree of a recognized University in Hindi / English with English / Hindi as a Compulsory / Elective subject or as a medium of examination at Deqree level. Or

Master’s degree of a recognized University in any subject other than Hindi / English, with Hindi / English as compulsory / elective subject or either of the two as medium of examination and the other as a compulsory / elective subject at Degree level. Or

Master’s degree of a recognized University in any subject other than Hindi / English, with Hindi / English medium and English / Hindi as a compulsory / elective subject or as medium of examination at Degree level. Or

Bachelor’s degree of a recognized university with Hindi / English as compulsory / elective subject or either of the two as medium of examination and the other as compulsory / elective subject, Plus

  1. A Recognized Diploma / Certificate course in translation from Hindi to English and Vice Versa Or
  2. Two years experience of translation work from Hindi to English and vice versa in Central / State Govt, offices including Government of India Undertakings.
