Indian Army SSC Technical Courses 2011(Including widows of Defence personal for Tech and Non-Tech Entry) Last date for Receipt of Indian Army Application : 20 Aug 2010 1. Indian Army applications are invited from Married/ unmarried male and unmarried female, issueless widow, issueless divorcee and widows of Defence Personnel's (with / without children) for grant of Short Service Commission to the Indian Army. Minimum educational qualifications, vacancies, age and subject code are as given below :- (A) 10th SSC (T) Men-Vacancy - 50

(B) 7th SSC (T) Women-Vacancy - 38 Discipline
(C) Educational Qualification : Final Year appearing/appeared candidates and qualified graduates of the Degree Course in Engineering from a recognized University will be eligible to apply. The qualified graduates of Tech Degree Course must possess Engineering Degree at the time of joining training. The candidate studying in the final year of Degree Course, if not already in possession of the Degree Certificate should be able to produce the Engineering Degree within 12 weeks from the date of commencement of training at OTA. Such candidates will be inducted for training at OTA on Additional Bond Basis for recovery of the cost of training as notified from time to time as well as stipend and pay and allowance paid.
